周向非均布外压作用下厚壁筒的应力求解与工程应用

         

摘要

Due to extensive engineering application,thick-walled cylinder problem has always been con-cerned by researchers.But the proposed stress analysis results are only suited for some special external pressure.A common method for non-uniform external pressure hasn′t been demonstrated.Based on the theory of elasticity,an analytical stress analysis method suited for thick-walled cylinder under non-uni-form external pressure was proposed.Analysis of a casing under non-uniform ground stress was given as an example for application.Good comparison is observed when stress results obtained from analytical solu-tions are compared with finite element method results.The solutions proposed are applicable in engineer-ing analysis.%由于工程应用的广泛性,厚壁筒问题作为一类经典的力学问题长期被学者关注与研究。但现有的针对厚壁筒受外压的应力分析结果几乎都针对特定的载荷条件,没有得到通用的环向任意外压下的厚壁筒应力分布规律。为此,基于弹性力学基本理论,给出了厚壁筒受环向任意非均布外压作用下的应力解析解。以套管受非均布地应力案例为例进行了应用分析,通过与有限元分析结果的对比,验证了解析法的实用性,为工程应用提供了一定的参考依据。
