Taking an in-service urea reactor as an example,with thickness measurement,UT,MT,hardness test,ferrite content detect,metallographic analysis,and AT during pressure test,the defects at different lo-cations of urea reactor were found.After the safety analysis of defects exceeding the standard,the safety grade of urea reactor was determined.The results have a practical significance for ensuring safe operation, improving economic benefits and saving cost.%以某典型在用尿素合成塔为例,通过壁厚测定、超声检测、磁粉检测、硬度检测、铁素体含量测定、金相分析以及耐压试验时的声发射监测,全面掌握了尿素合成塔各部位缺陷状况。在此基础上,对检测发现的超标缺陷进行了安全性分析,确定了在用尿素合成塔安全状况等级。分析结果对保障安全生产,提高经济效益、节约生产成本具有一定的实际意义。
