直接法中确定主结构应变方法的讨论

         

摘要

An introduction of the structural strain involved in European standard EN 13445 -3:2009, Unfired pressure vessels,Part 3:Design,Annex B is presented.A method based on strain linearization is proposed to calculate principal structural strains,and it is compared with quadratic extrapolation given in EN 13445.After analyzing numerical results the following conclusions can be drawn:when using EN 13445,in order to obtain principal structural strains,strain components of hot spot shall be determined by quadratic extrapolation with surface pivot points;According to examples in this paper,the principal struc-tural strain of hot spot calculated by strain linearization is larger than that calculated by quadratic extrapo-lation,but the limit load is almost identical.%简要介绍了欧盟 EN 13445-3:2009标准附录 B 所涉及的结构应变。提出基于应变线性化的主结构应变计算方法,并和 EN 13445的二次外推法进行对比。通过对数值计算结果的分析得出以下结论:按 EN 13445外推法计算时,应首先将表面支点的应变分量二次外推到热点处,然后求热点处的主结构应变;从本文算例看,按“应变线性化”处理求得的热点处主结构应变比外推法的稍大,极限载荷基本相同。
