加强圈包角对罐车容器外压稳定性影响研究

         

摘要

To ensure the stability of the external pressure,reinforcing ring was usually set in the outer con-tainer of LNG cryogenic liquid transportation tanker. External pressure can be effected by the wrap angle of reinforcing ring. Outer container of LNG transportation tanker was set as the object. By finite element buckling analysis method,the influence rule of reinforcing ring angle was analyzed. The results shows as follows:When the effective angle was greater than 150°,with the effective angle increased,its buckling pressure increased significantly.%LNG冷冻液化气体运输罐车外容器外壁通常会设加强圈来保证容器外压稳定性,加强圈包角大小必然会对外压稳定性产生影响.采用有限元屈曲分析方法,针对LNG低温液体运输罐车外容器,分析了加强圈包角变化对外压容器稳定性的影响规律.结果表明:当包角大于150°时,随着加强圈包角增大,压力容器失稳压力明显增加.
