反应堆压力容器国产O形环密封性能分析

             

摘要

Reactor pressure vessel(RPV)is a significant barrier to pressure boundary in reactor coolant system(RCS),the structural integrity of which needs to be ensured to prevent leakage of radioactive mate-rial.A double O-ring sealing structure is used in most of RPV of pressurized water reactor(PWR)to pre-vent leakage of radioactive material.However,the performace such as deformation of the O-ring is impor-tant to the sealing of the RPV.The elastic-plastic contact analysis for domestic O-ring is performed through the finite element method to study the stress,the deformation and the spring back of O-ring under different compression.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the conclusion of this paper provide a basis for RPV sealing structure design and analysis,supporting for the O-ring localization.%反应堆压力容器是主回路冷却剂压力边界的一道重要屏障,在整个电厂寿命期间需保证其结构的完整性,防止发生放射性物质泄漏。较多压水堆核电厂反应堆压力容器采用双道 O 形密封环结构进行密封,以防止放射性冷却剂泄漏,而 O 形密封环的变形特性对密封结构的设计与分析至关重要。采用有限元法对压力容器国产化 O 形密封环进行了大变形弹塑性接触分析,研究 O 形密封环在不同压缩率下的变形、应力以及分析回弹量的影响因素。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合很好,研究结果可为压力容器密封结构设计与分析提供依据。
