一种新型网壳储罐的支座结构及其优化

         

摘要

为满足网壳储罐大型化过程中网壳顶与罐壁连接处的安全性要求,基于已有的网壳支座,提出了一种结构简单、受力明确的新型网壳储罐支座结构.借助ANSYS建立了大型网壳储罐的整体模型,对比分析了采用新型支座结构与直接焊接结构的网壳储罐在强度、刚度、整体稳定性等方面的性能表现;运用ANSYS Workbench优化工具,对新型支座结构的主要尺寸进行了优化设计.研究表明:与直接焊接结构相比,新型支座结构可通过构件间转动、释放网壳顶中的不利应力、改善连接处应力分布,可适用于大型拱顶网壳储罐;同时经优化设计,提高了新型支座结构的经济性和轻量化.%In order to satisfy the security demand of the connection between the reticulated shell dome and the tank shell,a new simple and stressing definitely bearing structure for large storage tanks with a reticula-ted shell dome is proposed based on existing connecting structure.The ANSYS is chosen for the analysis,the Finite Element model of large storage tanks with a reticulated shell dome is set up and the performance of large storage tanks between new bearing structures and directly welded structures in aspects of strength, stiffness and whole stability is analyzed and compared.Applying optimization toolbox of ANSYS Work-bench,main dimensions of the new bearing structure are optimized and designed.Research results show that compared with directly welded structures,the new bearing structure can reduce the adverse stress in reticu-lated shell dome,improve the stress distribution of the connection by the rotation among components,which indicates that the new bearing structure is suitable for large storage tanks with a reticulated shell dome;the economy and lightweight of the new bearing structure can also be improved by the optimization.
