ICP - AES法测定高纯银中的锌元素

         

摘要

采用氯化银沉淀分离银基体、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱( ICP - AES)法测定高纯银中的锌,研究了Cr、Cu、Fe、Ni、Ti对锌谱线的干扰情况,给出光谱重叠轮廓图,优先选择Zn 206.200nm{ 163}为分析线,指出选用Zn 213.856 nm{ 157}或Zn 202.548 nm{ 166}时必需执行相应的光谱干扰校正.方法的相对标准偏差和加标回收率分别为0.29%~0.43%和87.9%~94.2%.%A method with prior AgCl precipitates for the determination of zinc impurity in high - purity silver by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP - AES) was reported. Spectral interferences of Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni and Ti to Zn at specific wavelengths have been investigated. The spectral coincidence profiles were recorded and interfering lines were identified. The optimum analytical line was Zn 206. 200 nm {163 }. It was necessary to correct spectral interferences at Zn 213. 856 nm j 157 | and Zn 202. 548 nm {166 }. The relative standard deviations ( RSD) and recoveries of the method are in the range of 0.29% ~0.43% and 87.9%~94.2%, respectively.
