目的 观察联合应用思连康及整肠生治疗肠道菌群失调的疗效.方法 选取门诊符合入选条件的患者80例,随机平均分成2组:A思连康组;B思连康+整肠生组.入组患者分别于治疗后半个月复查肠道菌群并进行症状评分,对于各组治疗前后的评分进行统计学处理.结果 思连康+整肠生组进行治疗后,患者的症状及肠道菌群有显著改善,与对照药物组相比,疗效差异有统计学意义.结论 联合应用思连康及整肠生治疗肠道菌群失调的疗效优于单用思连康.%Objective To observe the effects of combined application of Siliankang and Zhengchangsheng in treating patients with intestinal dysbacteriosis.Methods 80 outpatient patients were selected according to the exam standard.The chosen patients were divided into two groups as follows:group A(Siliankang) ;group B( Siliankang +Zhengchangsheng).Each patient went through the distribution of intestinal flora and symptom assessment.The exams were repeated in 2 weeks.The scores were recorded before and after treatment, then curative effect were evaluated through statistical process.Results Group B has obvious improvement in patients’ distribution of intestinal flora and symptom assessment after treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ).There were statistical differences between group B and group A.Conclusion The effect of combined application of Siliankang and Zhengchangsheng is superior to Siliankang alone in treating patients with intestinal dysbacteriosis.
