静脉药物配置中心药物配置过程中的质量管理

摘要

本文针对静脉药物配置中心药物配制过程中的质量管理进行经验总结,从正确使用生物安全柜和水平层流台、注意药物配伍、药物加入顺序及混合均匀、执行药物溶解的标准操作、加药时注射器的合理使用、操作流程和药物配制方法、配药过程中的慎独修养等方面进行分析.%The article summarized the quality management experience on drug preparation process in PIVAS, and analyzed from 7 aspects: proper use of biological safety cabinets and horizontal laminar flow table, drug interactions , drug compatibility of adding sequence and uniform mixing, drug dissolution standards of operation, reasonable use of dosing syringe, operation process and method for preparation of drug, cautious cultivation in the preparation process.
