健康教育配合利拉鲁肽单药治疗新诊断超重2型糖尿病的临床分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of health education with liraglutide treatment for newly diagnosed overweight patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The patient's situation was assessed,and the health education combined with liraglutide treatment was given to them according to the asessment results by nurses,and the continuity of care was served after discharge.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,BMI and the adverse reaction (such as hypoglycemia) were observed before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and BMI decrease significandy,no hypoglycimia was observed.Conclusion The health education with liraglutide treatment is ideal for early selection of treatment for overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.%目的 总结健康教育配合利拉鲁肽治疗新诊断超重2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效.方法 住院时责任护士对30例超重2型糖尿病患者进行整体评估,结合评估结果对患者施行整体健康教育,配合利拉鲁肽药物治疗,出院后进行延续性护理.治疗12周后,观察治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、BMI及有无低血糖等不良事件发生.结果 30例患者治疗12周后,空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、BMI均明显下降,无低血糖事件发生.结论 系统的健康教育配合利拉鲁肽是超重2型糖尿病患者早期治疗的理想选择.
