Objective To observe the effect and safety of nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton on cervical disease with HPV infection. Methods A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled experiment of 90 patients with cervical disease with HPV infection was conduted, 60 patients in experiment group and 30 patients in control group, at the same time,an open experiment on 30 patients was conducted ( treatment group ). Experiment group and treatment group were treated with nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton, control group were treated with placebo( normal saline ), the therapeutic effects of experiment group and control group were compared, and the effect and adverse reaction of treatment group were observed. Results The total effective rate of experiment group and control group were 80. 0% and 30. 0% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 01 ). The total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 0% . Conclusion Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton has satisfying and believable effect on treating cervical disease with HPV infection without obvious adverse reaction,it is worthy of wide use in clinic.%目的 观察纳可佳对宫颈病变伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的疗效与安全性.方法 对90例女性宫颈病变伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者进行随机、双盲、安慰剂对照实验,分为试验组60例和对照组30例,同时对30例患者进行开放试验,为治疗组.试验组和治疗组给予纳可佳药物治疗,对照组给予安慰剂(生理盐水)治疗,比较试验组和对照组的疗效,并观察治疗组的疗效和不良反应.结果 试验组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为30.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率为90.0%.结论 纳可佳治疗宫颈病变伴人乳头瘤病毒感染疗效显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广.
