Objective To investigate the release rate of Guiji cream in vitro, and to provide a basis for rational medication. Methods Anhydrous glucose was taken as the standard sample with Bletilla striata polysaccharide as an indicator,the saline was the release medium, and the 0. 2% anthrone-sulfuric acid was used as the stain. The release characteristic of Guiji cream in vitro was studied with dialysis bag. Results The cumulative release of Bletilla striata polysaccharide within 10 h was 84. 2% ,the drug release rate after 12 h was 15. 8% , and the cumulative release rate within 48 h was 97. 9% . Conclusion Guiji cream can release sustainedly,and can be used every 10 h to maintain its efficacy. Studying Guiji gum ointment release rate in vitro with dialysis bag is convenient, stable and reliable.%目的 考察瑰及乳膏的体外释放度,为合理用药提供依据.方法 以无水葡萄糖为对照品、白及多糖为指标、生理盐水为释放介质、0.2%蒽酮-硫酸试液为染色剂,采用透析袋法研究瑰及乳膏的体外释药特性.结果 10 h内白及多糖累积释放度为84.2%,为速释期;在12 h以后其释放度为15.8%,为缓释期;48 h内累积释放度为97.9%.结论 瑰及乳膏具有缓释特性,每10 h使用一次可保持疗效.透析袋法用于瑰及乳膏的体外释放度考察,操作便利、方法稳定、结果可靠.
