小剂量沙利度胺治疗老年性瘙痒症的临床观察

摘要

目的 研究口服小剂量沙利度胺治疗老年性瘙痒症的疗效. 方法 将75例老年性瘙痒症患者随机分为2组. 治疗组口服沙利度胺75 mg,每晚1次;对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg,每晚1次. 分别于治疗前、治疗4周时进行瘙痒评分,治疗后观察两组疗效及安全性. 结果 治疗组和对照组治疗前瘙痒评分分别为8. 36 ± 2. 89、8. 24 ± 2. 32,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),治疗后治疗组瘙痒评分低于照组(3. 71 ± 1. 92 vs. 5. 45 ± 2. 11),差异有统计学意义(t=3. 74,P0.05). Itching score of treatment group was lower than that of control group (3. 71 ± 1. 92 vs. 5. 45 ± 2. 11),there was significant difference between the two groups(t=3. 74,P<0.01). The overall response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (86. 8% vs. 43. 2%,χ2 =15. 73,P<0.01). Conclusion Low dose thalidomide has a promising therapy effect in the treatment of senile pruritus. It is worthy of further studies and applications in clinic.
