射频识别血液信息管理系统在海军医院船上的应用

     

摘要

Objective To give an intelligent, real -time and accurate blood information management by using RFID technology to replace the existing barcode based systems that have exposed certain technical weaknesses in boat hospital. Methods Suspended leukocyte-reduce red blood cells,fresh frozen plasma and temperature monitoring were used to detect the stability and environmental adaptability of new blood management system adopting RFID technology in boat hospial. Results Comprehensive information management of blood ranging from reception, warehousing, storage, transportion and quality control to delivery,and the safety of blood management greatly was enhanced. The system had the characteristics of automatic recognition, data updated in real -time, automatic warning, adapting sea environment, etc. Conclusion It may be realized an intelligent management and information sharing of blood information system between military blood center,blood bank and boat hospital through improving correlated software and hardware in future.%目的:检测基于RFID的血液智能化管理系统在海洋环境下的稳定性、准确性、环境适应性及影响因素分析,为改进适合海上环境的RFID血液信息管理系统提供依据。方法在海军医疗船上进行少白细胞的红细胞悬液和新鲜冰冻血浆的贮运、清点、出入库及贮运血箱温度监控试验。结果系统在不同海况下运行情况比较稳定、工作流程较为合理;电子标签和智能读取装置能够承受海洋环境下的高盐、高湿等恶劣环境,具有较强的环境适应性。温度监控系统在准确性、稳定性、灵敏度方面未达到预期的使用要求,需要进一步实验验证。结论基于RFID技术的血液管理系统在战备血液管理方面具有明显的优越性,通过相关软硬件改进,有可能实现军队血液中心、野战血站、医疗船(医疗队)等相关部门及过程的信息共享。
