延迟性异种移植排斥反应机制及其对策研究进展

Delayed xenograft rejection(DXR) is primary immunological embarrassment in clinical application of xenotransplant-ation,whose pathogenesis are still unclear. According to the present study,it is associated with combination of antigen-antibody,activation of EC and NK cytoactive. Thus developed a series of corresponding measures. This article mainly reviews the rejective reaction pathogenesis of DXR and effective Methods of avoid DXR in recent years.%延迟性异种移植排斥反应是目前影响异种移植走向临床的主要免疫学障碍,其反应机制尚未完全清楚.目前研究认为主要与异种反应性抗体的结合、内皮细胞的激活及NK细胞的活性等相关,由此发展出了与之对应的一系列策略.本文就近年来延迟性异种移植排斥反应机制及其应对策略作一综述.
