肠脂肪酸结合蛋白在成人粘连性绞窄性肠梗阻中的变化及临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of intestinal fatty acid binding protein ( IFABP) in adult strangulated adhesion intestinal obstruction and its clinical significance .Methods 36 patients with strangulated adhesion intestinal ob-struction undergoing operation at our department were compared to 46 patients with simple adhesive intestinal obstruction in the same period.Blood samples were collected in all of the patients at admission ,and blood samples were also collected before and after the first day of operation in patients with strangulated adhesion intestinal obstruction .A double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to measure IFABP.Results The serum IFABP levels in patients with strangulated intestinal obstruction were significantly higher than that in non strangulated patients at admission ( P<0.05 ) .There were significant changes in serum IFABP levels in the strangulated patients on admission,preoperative and postoperation ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The serum concentrations of IFABP in the strangulated patients are increased significantly .IFABP can be used as auxiliary diagnostic evidence to determine whether patients suffer strangulated adhe -sive intestinal obstruction .%目的：探讨血清肠脂肪酸结合蛋白（ IFABP）浓度在成人粘连性绞窄性肠梗阻中的变化及临床意义。方法纳入我院普外科急诊收治的粘连性绞窄性肠梗阻并于入院后及时行手术解除梗阻的患者36例，同期收治的单纯性粘连性肠梗阻患者46例做对照。所有患者于入院时抽取静脉血，绞窄性肠梗阻患者术前与术后第一天再次抽取静脉血，均采用双抗体夹心酶联反应（ELISA）检测IFABP浓度。结果入院时绞窄性肠梗阻患者血清中IFABP含量明显高于非绞窄组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；绞窄组在入院、术前及手术解决梗阻后患者血清中IFABP的浓度均有明显变化（ P＜0.05）。结论 IFABP可以作为判断粘连性肠梗阻患者是否发生肠绞窄或肠坏死的辅助诊断依据。
