Objective To explore the effect of nutrition behavior intervention on knowledge ,attitude,behavior and blood glu-cose,blood lipid and body mass index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Three hundred patients with diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 150 cases in each group .For the intervention group ,1 year nutrition in-tervention system and half year follow-up system were adopted .The control group did not take intervention measures .Results In the intervention group ,the awareness rate of related knowledge ,standard treatment rate ( regular hospital treatment ) ,weight control and ex-ercise control were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Body mass index ,fasting blood glucose ,postprandial blood glucose ,blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,nutrition behavior intervention can improve the health knowledge level of the patients and regulate the compliance of nutritional therapy ,and have a good control effect on postprandial blood glucose .%目的:探讨营养行为干预对住院2型糖尿病患者的知识、态度、行为以及对血糖、血脂、体质指数的影响。方法将300例糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各150例。对干预组采取为期1年的营养行为干预体系和0.5年的追踪体系,对照组不采取干预措施,比较两组患者血糖控制情况及相关知识、行为。结果干预组糖尿病患者的相关知识知晓率、规范治疗率(正规医院就诊)、体重控制、运动量掌握较对照组明显提高(P <0.05),体重指数、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白较对照组明显下降(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论住院2型糖尿病患者开展营养行为干预可提高2型糖尿病患者健康知识水平和规范营养治疗的依从性,对餐后血糖有良好的控制效果。
