医护一体化临床护理模式在脑卒中患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨医护一体化临床护理模式在脑卒中患者的临床效果.方法 选取2015年1～6月采用传统医护工作模式进行诊疗护理的脑卒中患者共89例(对照组),2015年7～12月采用脑卒中医护一体化临床护理模式进行诊疗护理的脑卒中患者共90例(试验组),比较两组患者干预1个月、3个月后的神经功能缺损程度(CSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)、运动功能(FMA)评分及患者住院天数和费用.结果 试验组患者在干预后1个月、3个月CSS、BI、FMA改善情况优于对照组,住院时间和费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化临床护理模式较传统工作模式更具优势,能更好促进脑卒中患者的康复,减少住院时间和费用,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of doctor-nurse-integration clinical nursing mode in the treatment of stroke patients .Methods A total of 89 stroke patients from January 2015 to June 2015 received clinical treatment and nursing with tra-ditional medical and nursing service mode ( control group ) .A total of 90 stroke patients from July 2015 to December 2015 received clinical treatment and nursing with doctor-nurse-integration clinical nursing model ( experimental group ) .The score of , China Stroke Scale (CCS),Barthel index (BI),Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) scale and hospitalization days and cost after the intervention for one month and three month were compared between the two groups .Results Compared with the control group ,the CCS,BI and FMA were better in the experimental group,and hospitalization days and cost were less (P<0.05).Conclusion The doctor-nurse-integration clinical nursing mode is superior to the traditional medical nursing mode .It can promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients better and also shorten the average length of hospitalization days and reduce average hospitalization expenses .This mode is worthy of clinic appli-cation.
