CT与MRI在前列腺癌临床分期中的应用对比研究

摘要

目的 探讨CT与MRI在前列腺癌临床分期中的应用.方法 选取2016年3月至2016年9月我院收治前列腺癌患者108例,均行CT及MRI检查,以外科手术病理分期为"金标准",对比两种诊断方法的诊断符合率,分析其影像征象.结果 外科手术病理临床分期显示,前列腺癌患者108例中,A期20例,占18.51%;B期26例,占24.07%;C期39例,占36.11%;D期24例,占22.22%.CT与MRI对前列腺癌C、D期的诊断符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MRI对前列腺癌A、B期的诊断符合率显著高于CT(P<0.05).结论 CT与MRI在前列腺癌临床分期中均具有一定影像学诊断价值,且早期诊断最佳属于MRI.%Objective To investigate the application of CT and MRI on staging of prostate cancer.Methods One hundred and eight patients with prostate cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to September 2016 received CT and MRI examina-tions.The postoperative pathological stages were taken as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic accordance rates of CT and MRI. The characteristics of the images were analyzed.Results Clinical stages of surgical pathology showed that there were 20 patients with stage A (18.51%),26 with stage B(24.07%),39 with stage C(36.11%) and 24 with stage D stage(22.22%).There was no sig-nificant difference in accordance rates between CT and MRI for stage A and B (P > 0.05).However,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI staging was significantly higher than that of CT (P<0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI have a certain application value for staging of prostate cancer,but MRI has a better value for early diagnosis of the disease.
