心电图正常的无痛性心肌梗死一例并文献复习

摘要

急性心肌梗死是临床常见的急危重症，临床工作中发现少数心肌梗死患者心电图基本正常且无疼痛，而心电图正常的无痛性心肌梗死患者常合并糖尿病、高脂血症、冠状动脉回旋支或三支病变等。本文报道了1例心电图正常的无痛性心肌梗死患者的诊治过程，并结合文献复习，以提高临床医生对其认识。%Acute myocardial infarction is common on clinic, and the patient is critical ill, but a few of myocardial infarction patients′ECG are normal, and the clinical symptoms are painless, thus patients usually complicated with diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, circumflex artery or triple-vessel lesions of coronary artery.This paper reported a painless myocardial infarction patient with normal ECG, and reviewed the related literatures, to improve the acquaintance of clinicians.
