特制肿瘤型人工全膝关节置换术治疗复发性膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤的临床观察

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical value of handtailor tumor-type artificial total knee replacement ( TKR) sur-gery for recurrent giant cell tumor of bone ( GCT) around the knee .Methods 18 cases of patients with recurrent GCT around the knee were treated with handtailor tumor-type artificial TKR surgery,follow-up were 5 to 8 years,and the clinical status after sur-gery was analyzed .Results During follow-up,the excellent rate of handtailor tumor-type artificial TKR surgery was 100.00%, there had no recurrence in 5 years,compared with before the surgery ,the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Handtailor tumor-type artificial TKR surgery has better clinical effect for recurrent GCT around the knee ,and it can be widely used in clinic .%目的：探讨特制肿瘤型人工全膝关节置换术治疗复发性膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤的临床价值。方法对18例复发性膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤的患者进行特制肿瘤型人工全膝关节置换术，术后随访5～8年，观察并分析术后各患者的临床状况。结果术后随访观察发现行特制肿瘤型人工全膝关节置换术后，患者膝关节功能优良率为100．00％，与术前比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。随访5年，无复发。结论特制肿瘤型人工全膝关节置换术对治疗复发性膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤有较好的临床价值，可广泛应用于临床。
