Objective To study the relationship with ultrasonography appearance and pathology type and histological grading.Methods According to the inclusion criteria ,90 female patients with breast cancer were selected .All patients were checked with ultrasonography before surgery ,and histopathological detection was used after surgery .The relationship of ultrasonog-raphy appearance with pathology type and histological grading were observed .Results In the regard of morphology ,burrs,micro-calcifications ,the difference between invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma was statistically significant .in the regard of morphology and blood ,the difference between well-differentiated groups and poorly differentiated group was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Ultrasonography appearance about breast cancer can predict the pathology type ,and it also have correlation with histological grading .%目的：探讨乳腺癌超声征象与病理组织学类型及组织学分级的联系。方法根据纳入标准选取90例女性乳腺癌患者，术前均行超声检查，术后常规行病理组织学检测；观察患者超声检查征象与病理类型、组织学分级的关系。结果浸润性导管癌与浸润性小叶癌在形态、毛刺、微小钙化方面比较，差异有统计学意义；高中分化型组，低分化型组在形态、血流方面上比较，差异有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论超声征象对于病理组织学类型有一定的预测意义，与乳腺癌组织学分级之间也存在相关关系。
