转录因子 SOX11在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

目的：探讨转录因子SOX11在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用前瞻性研究方法，收集26例鼻咽癌患者的新鲜标本，同时选取20例鼻咽炎患者的新鲜手术标本作为对照，采用用聚合酶链反应（ polymerase chain reac-tion，PCR）方法，检测两组中SOX11mRNA的水平。结果鼻咽癌组和鼻咽炎组SOX11mRNA水平进行比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；SOX11mRNA水平与鼻咽癌T分期、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、病理分化程度有关；与患者年龄、性别及病程无相关性。结论转录因子SOX11可能在肿瘤发生与肿瘤细胞分化及增殖过程中起着直接或间接的作用。%Objective To explore the expression and significance of transcription factor SOX 11 in nasopharyngeal carci-noma .Methods By the prospective study method ,26 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma organization specimens and 20 cases of nasopharyngitis organization specimens were selected .Expression of SOX11mRNA of the 2 groups were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results SOX11mRNA level of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and nasopharyngitis group were com -pared,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);SOX11mRNA level was related to T stage ,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,pathology differentiation,and was not related to age,sex and course.Conclusion Transcription factor SOX11 may play a direct or indirect role in tumorigenesis ,tumor cell differentiation and cell proliferation process .
