低剂量螺旋CT对肺癌高危人群早期筛查的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨低剂量螺旋CT对筛查早期肺癌的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析7052例肺癌高危人群分别接受DR胸片及低剂量螺旋CT肺部扫描的影像学资料.结果 7052例肺癌高危人群受检者经低剂量螺旋CT扫描,共筛查出肺结节共1527例,其中经病理确诊肺癌共96例,肺癌总体检出率为1.36%,高于DR的检出率(0.52%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低剂量螺旋CT能够提高肺内非钙化结节的检出率,对早期诊断肺癌具有重要的临床价值.%Objective To study the clinical value of low-dose spiral CT screening for early lung cancer .Methods Ima-ging data of 7052 cases of high-risk lung cancer patients who received DR and low dose spiral CT lung scans were retrospectively analyzed.Results 7052 subjects were screened for lung nodules in 1527 cases,of which 96 cases were diagnosed to be lung cancer by pathological methods ,the total examination rate of lung cancer by LDCT was 1.36%,which was significantly higher than the rate by DR method .Conclusion Low dose CT can improve the detection rate of pulmonary non calcified nodules ,it has important clinical value for early diagnosis of lung cancer .
