目的 比较放疗+顺铂方案对比放疗+奈达铂方案对Ⅰb~Ⅱb期术前宫颈癌的疗效及毒副作用.方法将48例Ⅰb~Ⅱb期术前宫颈癌患者,随机分为放疗+顺铂组和放疗+奈达铂组,每组各24例,放疗+顺铂组采用放疗+顺铂方案,放疗+奈达铂组采用放疗+奈达铂方案治疗.对2组患者的近期疗效、不良反应发生率进行比较.结果48例Ⅰb~Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者均完成4-6个周期化疗,其中放疗+奈达铂组治疗有效率为91.66%,放疗+顺铂组治疗有效率(CR+PR)为87.50%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).放疗+顺铂组恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率明显高于放疗+奈达铂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),放疗+奈达铂组血小板减少发生率较放疗+顺铂组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但主要是1、2级;而白细胞减少、腹泻、周围神经毒性、肝功异常、疲劳、脱发、贫血、黏膜炎不良反应发生率放疗+奈达铂组与放疗+顺铂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论放疗+奈达铂方案应用于Ⅰb~Ⅱb期术前宫颈癌治疗,提高了患者对方案实施及治疗的耐受性,且不良反应小,有利于改善患者生活质量.%Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of radiotherapy +cisplatin regimen and radiotherapy +nedaplatin for stage Ⅰb~Ⅱb preoperative cervical cancer .Methods 48 patients with stage Ⅰb~Ⅱb stage cervical cancer pa-tients before surgery were randomly divided into radiotherapy plus cisplatin group and radiotherapy plus nedaplatin group , each with 24 cases,radiotherapy +cisplatin group received radiotherapy plus cisplatin ,radiotherapy +nedaplatin group received ra-diotherapy plus nedaplatin .Short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared .Results 48 cases of stageⅠb~Ⅱb cervical cancer completed 4~6 cycles of chemotherapy ,effective rate of nedaplatin group was 91.66%, and of cispla-tin group was 87.50%,the 2 groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).In terms of toxicity, incidence rate of nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions of cisplatin group were significantly higher than that of nedaplatin group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),incidence rate of thrombocytopenia of nedaplatin group was higher than cisplatin group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but mainly was 1,2 class; incidence rate of leukopenia,diarrhea,peripheral neurotoxicity,abnormal liver function,fatigue,hair loss,anemia,and mucositis had no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy +nedaplatin for stage Ⅰb~Ⅱb cervical cancer improve tolerance of pa-tients with fewer side effects ,it can improve the quality of life of patients .
