肾透明细胞癌患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平变化及临床意义

摘要

目的 分析可溶性白细胞介素-2受体在肾透明细胞癌患者血清中的水平变化及临床意义.方法 选取60例肾透明细胞癌患者作为研究对象,作为实验组;对照组则为60例健康成人.采用酶联免疫吸附试验,检验实验组和对照组血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体的水平变化.结果 实验组血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平为(951.6±49.3) ng/L,明显高于对照组的(442.2±75.8) ng/L,其差异有统计学意义;影响肾透明细胞癌预后的危险因素有临床分期、血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平及是否发生远处转移.结论 肾透明细胞癌患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平明显增高,血清中高水平的可溶性白细胞介素-2受体可能预示预后较差.%Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of soluble interleukin-2 receptor in serum ot patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma were selected as the experimental group;60 healthy adults was the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to examine the changes of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor levels in the experimental group and the control group.Results The serum soluble interleukin2 receptor level (951.6 ±49.3) ng/L,significautly higher than the control group (442.2-±75.8) ng/L,the difference was statistically significant;The risk factors for the prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma were clinical stage,serum soluble interleukin2 receptor level and distant metastasis.Conclusion The level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor in the serum of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma significantly increased,and the high level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor in serum indicate a poor prognosis.
