目的 观察弱交变磁场联合温针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕的近期疗效.方法 96例老年颈性眩晕患者按就诊顺序随机分为3组,每组32例.对照Ⅰ组接受弱交变磁场治疗,对照Ⅱ组接受温针灸治疗,治疗组采用弱交变磁场联合温针灸治疗,2疗程后评定疗效.结果 3组老年颈性眩晕患者治疗前症状与功能评估分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);各组治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性(P＜0.01);治疗后组间比较,对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组差异无显著性(P＞0.05),对照Ⅰ组与治疗组及对照Ⅱ组与治疗组间差异均有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 弱交变磁场联合温针灸治疗老年颈性眩晕疗效显著,简单易行,老年患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the effect of magnetic field combined with needle warming moxibustion on cervical vertigo in the elderly. Methods Ninty-six elderly patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into three group,with thirty-two cases in each group. Magnetic field was used in control group Ⅰ and needle warming moxibustion was used in control group Ⅱ respectively. Magnetic field combined with needle warming moxibustion were used in treatment group.Curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results The scores of symptom and functional evaluation were significantly improved after treatment in the three groups(P ＜0. 05 ). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of symptom and functional evaluation between control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ. Compared with treatment group, the scores of symptom and function in the control groups after treatment were significantly lower. Conclusions Magnetic field combined with needle warming moxibustion is effective for cervical vertigo in the elderly.
