分布式发电并网的网损影响评价指标研究

         

摘要

There is no standard to measure the impact of the distributed generation (DG) connecting to the distribution network's power loss. To solve this problem, new conceptual models including distribution rate and contribution degree of power loss are proposed. The power loss distribution rate (PLDR) stands for the degree of power loss changes caused by DG connecting to grid; and the power loss contribution degree (PLCD) displays the proportion of power loss caused by DG connecting to grid in unit capacity. Firstly, one typical line's power flow of every DG on-line and off-line data is calculated. Then, the power loss impact factor's value of different DGs to the distribution network is gained, the reason of different impact degree generated above is analyzed. Finally, the value is used to guide the allocation of every DG to reduce the power loss. The research results demonstrate that the conception of power loss impact factor plays a good role of evaluation in the practical application. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50337010).%针对分布式发电并网对于配网网损的影响程度缺乏一个衡量标准的问题,提出了包括网损分配率和网损贡献度在内的网损影响因子概念模型.网损分配率表征分布式电源并网使得配网网损变化程度;网损贡献度表征并网后,分布式电源单位发电量中引起的配网网损所占比重.通过对某电网典型线路上不同分布式发电的并网与解列数据进行潮流计算,得出不同分布式发电对配电网络的网损影响因子的值,分析产生不同程度影响的原因,从而指导各个分布式发电的调配来达到降损目的.研究结果表明网损影响因子的概念在实际工程应用中起到了很好的衡量作用.
