新型农网台变终端无功补偿判据方案的研究

         

摘要

为适应我国打造坚强智能电网的要求,针对目前农网台区配变监控终端功能和价格等方面存在的缺陷,研制开发了一套具有多功能、高集成和低成本等优点的新型农网台变终端.为改进农网无功补偿控制方式的落后状况,提出并讨论了三种新的无功补偿判据方案,即电压(U)、电压/无功功率(Q)和电压/功率因数(PF)三种判据方案,并对各自的技术特点和应用条件进行了分析比较,证明了新判据方案均优于传统九区图法.通过终端样机和模拟实验平台,验证了新判据方案的合理性和有效性.%In order to meet the requirements of building a strong smart grid, due to the shortcomings of function and cost of the present rural power station transformer, a new type of rural power station transformer monitor and measurement terminal is designed. It has advantages of multifunction, high integration and low cost. For improving the backward state of the existing control method of reactive power compensation in rural power grids, three new criteria for reactive power compensation scheme are put forward and discussed, namely, the voltage (U), the voltage/reactive power (Q) and the voltage/power factor (PF), and their technical features and application conditions are analyzed and compared. The result proves that the new criterion is better than the traditional method of nine region plot. At last, through the terminal prototype testing, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the three new criteria are verified.
