中压配电网规划综合平台的研究及实现

         

摘要

随着电力工业的发展,配电网结构越来越复杂,规划的内容不断增加,计算量和难度也不断增加.为了更好地规划中压配电网,在分析配电网规划工具发展现状的前提下,提出了配电网规划平台的总体框架,建立形成网架结构的图元库,并将其放置在工具栏中.利用该工具栏在规划平台的主界面形成电气接线图,并输入相关参数.借助于所构建的配电网综合规划平台,规划人员只需进行简单的操作,即可完成配电网的潮流分析、无功规划优化、分布式电源的配置优化、网架更新以及网架规划功能,并利用显示的结果分析规划网络的性能.%With the development of electric utility, the structure of distribution network becomes more complicated, and the planning contents gets increasing. The work of calculation and difficulty is also rolling up. In order to plan mid-voltage distribution network well, on the basis of systematically analyzing the present state of planning tools used in distribution systems, this paper proposes the whole framework of distribution planning platform, and forms the drawing elements placed in the toolbar. By the toolbar, the electric connection map can be drawn in the interface of planning platform, and the related data can also be inputted. With the planning platform, it is easy for the planner to complete the power flow analysis, reactive planning optimization, placing distributed generation, renewing framework, and network planning. And the performance of the planning network can be analyzed by the results.
