计及天气因素的风电并网系统可用输电能力评估

         

摘要

随着我国新能源产业的发展,风力发电并网规模不断扩大,风电并网系统的可用输电能力(ATC)评估成为一个关键问题.首先建立了基于 Weibull 分布的风电场模型,在分析了风电并网和恶劣天气对可用输电能力影响的基础上,建立了计及天气因素的电力系统设备模型,然后采用非序贯蒙特卡罗仿真的方法对风电并网系统的 ATC 进行概率评估;在每个系统状态下,采用内点法求取风电并网系统的ATC.采用含风电场的改进 IEEE-RTS79节点系统进行了仿真和验证,结果表明,所提出的评估方法可以有效地评估天气因素和风电场容量及接入位置的不同给 ATC 带来的影响.%Along with the unceasing expansion of the scale of wind farm grid integration in China, assessment on ATC of wind farms incorporated system becomes the crux to be researched in this field. This paper studies the impact of wind farm grid integration and adverse weather on ATC. Firstly, the power system facilities models considering weather are illustrated. Then through using the Weibull model of wind speed and wind farm’s power output, ATC incorporated with wind farm is evaluated on non-sequential Monte Carlo simulation. ATC determination of every system state is calculated by interior point method. By use of the modified IEEE-RTS79 system involving wind farm, the impacts of weather and the capacity and location of wind farm on ATC are assessed effectively.
