基于模型与模糊 Petri 网融合的高铁牵引变压器故障诊断

         

摘要

针对基于模型诊断方法(Model-based Diagnosis,MBD)存在的处理不确定性和组件间的关联关系方面的问题,基于互补融合的思想,将模糊 Petri 网与 MBD 有机结合在一起,提出了一种高速铁路牵引变压器外部故障和内部故障诊断的新方法。建立牵引变压器结构和功能的两层模型,通过离线搜索最小冲突候选集和在线识别最小冲突集,实现牵引变压器的外部故障诊断。对于内部故障的诊断,采用 MBD 进行牵引变压器故障元件定位,利用模糊 Petri 网进行区域知识表示,推理实现内部故障类型诊断。以武广高速三相 V/x 接线牵引变压器故障数据为实例进行分析,诊断结果验证了 MBD 与模糊 Petri 网融合的牵引变压器故障诊断方法的可行性和有效性。%The problem with regard to the uncertainty and the relationship between the components exists in the model-based diagnosis method. Aiming at this issue, based on the idea of complementary integration, this paper proposes a method of mode-based diagnosis combining with fuzzy Petri Nets to diagnose traction transformer. For the external faults of the traction transformer, the model-based method is directly implemented to build a two-layer model based on the structure and function using voltage and current as variables. The minimal conflict set candidates and the minimal conflict sets are introduced by offline search and on-line recognition to realize the diagnosis. For the internal faults of the traction transformer, the model-based method is implemented to obtain the fault component localization and the fuzzy Petri Nets is used to realize the regional modeling and diagnostic reasoning. By diagnosing the three-phase V/x connected traction transformer faults of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
