基于内部温度的继电保护装置时变失效率研究

             

摘要

Time-varying failure rate is one of important indicators of protection devices’ state assessment. With the development of on-line monitoring technology, especially the construction of new generation smart substations makes the temperature parameter of protection devices can be observed. This paper does research on time-varying failure rate of protection devices based on the temperature indicator. The paper combines Arrhenius model with Weibull distribution model and focuses on the time-varying aging failure rate under considering the operating temperature of the modules. Then the paper integrates the aging failure rate with the occasional failure rate of each module with the series model. At last, the paper establishes the time-varying failure rate model of a certain provincial grid’s protection devices in the example, taking a device as an example, analyses the impact of operating temperature difference and replacing internal module on failure rate briefly. The result shows that temperature has significant influence on failure rate of protection device, and the influence will extend as time goes on.%时变失效率是继电保护装置状态评估的重要指标之一。随着在线监测技术的发展,特别是新一代智能变电站的建设使得继电保护装置的温度参数成为可观测指标。从继电保护装置的温度指标入手,对继电保护装置的时变失效率进行研究。首先将Arrhenius模型与Weibull分布模型相结合,建立了继电保护装置内部主要功能模块在考虑运行温度下的时变老化失效率。然后利用串联模型将各模块的老化失效率和偶然失效率融合,得到了继电保护装置整体的时变失效率模型。随后在算例中建立了某省网继电保护装置的时变失效率模型,并以某台保护装置为例,简要分析了运行温度差异以及装置内部模块更换对失效率的影响。结果表明,运行温度对保护装置的失效率影响显著,且温度差异的影响会随着运行时间的推移逐渐扩大。最后针对实际情况提出了改善运行温度的相关建议。
