基于全生命周期成本的海上风电并网方案优选分析

         

摘要

For the scheme selection of offshore wind power grid connection, an economical comparison model based on the life cycle cost (LCC) is established. A comparative analysis of the pros and cons of HVAC and VSC-HVDC using an offshore wind farm with capacity of 250 MW and 70 km distance from the shore. The results show that, although initial investment of the HVAC is much higher, but in the operation cost the HVAC significantly less than the VSC-HVDC, so it's a better choice using the HVAC in this project. Furthermore, considering the factors of economy and transmission capacity, the optimization scheme of offshore wind power grid connection based on LCC model is established, which can provide reference for the actual project in the future.%针对海上风电并网方式选择问题,建立了基于全生命周期(LCC)成本的并网方式优选模型.通过一个装机容量250 MW、离岸距离70 km的海上风电场算例,比较分析了交流并网方式和柔性直流并网方式的LCC成本经济性优劣.结果表明,尽管交流并网方式初始投资高于柔性交流并网方式,但运营过程中的成本明显小于柔性直流方式,因而在算例项目中采用交流并网方式更具经济性.在此基础上,综合考虑经济性和传输能力因素,建立并网方式优选模型,为实际工程中并网方式选择提供参考.
