基于CIM的电网建模若干问题研究

             

摘要

To meet the requirements for the power grid dispatching system at both provincial and prefectural levels,this paper proposes a design of the two -level power grid modeling system based on common information model (CIM) of IEC61970 series standards. Based on this system and interoperations between the provincial energy management system and each of the prefectural energy management systems,a detailed power grid model feeding the requirements of each dispatching system is automatic ally established. The paper focuses on some practical issues in the process of power grid model building. including the principle of model boundary demarcation, parsing CIM files, determination of power grid model hierarchies. and CIM combination, followed by the corresponding solutions of the aforementioned problems. The results of a test with actual power grid data of Fujian province show that the power gird model as built through the current modeling system satisfies the requirements of various high-level application software for power grids.%针对省、地级电网调度系统的要求,基于IEC61970系列标准中的公共信息模型(CIM),提出了2级电网建模系统的设计方案.通过该建模系统以及省调与各地调能量管理系统之间的互操作,可以自动生成各级调度系统所需的详细电网模型.重点介绍了在建模过程中遇到的若干实际问题,包括:电网模型范围的划分原则、CIM文件解析、电网模型层次的确定和CIM模型拼接等.并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案.以福建省实际电网数据进行测试,结果表明,该建模系统创建的电网模型可以满足多种电网高层应用软件的需求.
