输电线路覆冰舞动灾害规律研究

         

摘要

Galloping is one of the severe natural disasters for transmission lines, posing a significant threat to the security and stability of power grids. This paper presents a comprehensive, systematic research and analysis on transmission line galloping in China in recent years. Laws and characteristics of the galloping disaster are analyzed in many aspects, such as the time and place of the galloping occurred, names of the affected transmission lines, the voltage and structural parameters of the lines, the meteorological data (air temperature, wind speed, ice and etc.) and the topography information of the transmission lines in the duration of galloping, and the destruction forms caused by galloping. This paper provides an important research base not only for anti-galloping methods but also for enhancing the ability of withstanding natural disasters in power grids.%输电线路舞动灾害是电网重大自然灾害之一,给电网安全稳定运行造成了巨大威胁.对近年来我国输电线路舞动事故进行了全面、系统的调研分析,从舞动发生的时间、地点,线路名称、电压等级及线路结构参数,舞动发生时的气象资料(气温、风速、覆冰等)及输电线路所处地形地貌信息,舞动持续时间、舞动对线路产生的破坏形式等方面研究了舞动灾害规律与特点,为进一步有针对性地采取防治方法、增强电网抵御自然灾害的能力提供了重要的研究基础.
