计及电网经济性的配电网供电恢复重构寻优算法

     

摘要

Comprehensively considering the two economical factors of both switch frequency and network loss,this paper establishes the multiple objective distribution network recovery reconfiguration model with the economy of the power grid considered.From the point of view of the improved population size and genetic operator,the paper proposes a novel genetic optimization reconfiguration algorithm for the power supply recovery of distribution network,which uses the age and life span of the individual in a group to replace the selection operator,and uses the strategy based on the loop to reduce generation of infeasible solutions.The paper adopts selfadapting crossover and mutation rate to effectively promote the generation of the best individual so that the efficiency of the algorithm can be improved from the global and local perspective.Finally,the algorithm is verified with an example of the 18-node distribution system and its efficiency and stability prove to be true.%综合考虑开关操作次数和网络损耗2个经济性因素,建立计及电网经济性的多目标配电网恢复重构数学模型.从群体规模和遗传算子的角度,提出了一种新配电网供电恢复重构遗传寻优算法,用群体中个体的年龄和寿命来替代选择算子,并结合配电网自身特点,采用基于环路的策略来减少不可行解的产生,运用与群体规模相适应的的交叉率和变异率,能有效地促进最优个体的生成,从全局和局部角度提高算法的效率,使算法快速稳定收敛到全局最优解,最后通过算例18节点配网系统验证了该算法的高效性和稳定性.
