风电机组移动式低电压穿越试验装置安全链设计与实现

     

摘要

On the basis of presenting the protection scope and design principle of the safety chain, this paper describes realization of the safety chain of the test device in terms of switchgear selection, relay configuration, automation control module, self-check failure lock system and operation regulations.The wind turbines movable LVRT test device (WMLTD) which meets the design requirements of the safety chain mentioned in this paper has been developed and widely used, and it is characteristic of high safety for both personnel working on site and the equipment and high degree of automation.%在提出安全链保护范围、设计原则的基础上,从开关柜设计与选型、继电保护功能配置、流程化控制、自检闭锁系统、规程设计与辅助设施等五个方面介绍了试验装置的安全链实现.满足本安全链设计要求的风电机组移动式低电压穿越试验装置能保证现场试验人员及设备的安全,自动化程度高,已在测试现场得到了广泛的应用.
