输变电技改项目后评价指标与方法

摘要

This paper analyzes the object, content and scope of the post-evaluation for technical renovation projects of power transmission first and then builds the post-evaluation index system. In addition,the paper establishes a fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation model based on the success degree methods so as to provide the index and method for the post-evaluation for technical renovation projects. Finally,the paper does a case analysis to verify the validity and feasibility of the research.%通过系统分析输变电技改项目后评价对象、内容和范围，构建了后评价指标体系，同时进一步建立了基于成功度的模糊综合评价模型，为输变电技改项目后评价提供了指标与方法。最后进行案例分析，验证了研究的有效性和可行性。
