为了解决白鹤滩水电站导流洞区域内的层间层内错动带、弱风化及卸荷岩体、断层影响带等经灌浆处理后的防渗效果,导流洞帷幕灌浆施工提供依据,并指导后期大范围帷幕灌浆施工。通过对右岸导流洞进出口采用“小口径钻孔、孔口封闭、孔内循环、自上而下分段灌浆”的整体方案。对于地质条件复杂裂隙部位采用限量、待凝复灌、不限量正常灌注、不限量间歇灌浆等灌浆方式进行灌浆。经灌浆后,该区域灌后透水率满足不大于3 Lu的设计要求。灌浆施工工艺及参数在技术上可行,成本经济合理,施工质量得到保证,对后续白鹤滩工程坝基及引水发电系统高标准的防渗帷幕灌浆具有指导性意义。%To address the anti-seepage issue of the grouting treatment in the disturbed belt between layers and within the layer,weakly weathered and unloading rock mass and fault zone in the diversion tunnel area of Baihetan Hydropower Station, and to provide the basis for curtain grouting construction of the diversion tunnel and guide for the large size curtain grouting in the further stage,an overall scheme of“small-diameter boring, porthole closed, circulating inside the hole and top -down grouting”is adopted in this paper. For fractured parts of complicated geological conditions,we adopt methods such as the limited,waiting for cement setting and re-grouting,unlimited normal grouting and unlimited intermittent grouting. After grou-ting,the water permeability rate of the area is not greater than the design requirements of 3 Lu. The Grouting construction technology and parameters as proposed in the paper are techn-ically feasible,the cost is economical and reasonable,and the quality is guaranteed. The paper provides meaningful guidance for high-standard anti-seepage curtain grouting for the dam construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station in the further stage.
