通过需求侧响应提高光伏消纳率的微网二层优化方法研究

         

摘要

为提升微网消纳光伏发电的能力,引入需求侧响应模型,提出了一种兼顾光伏消纳率与微网经济性的二层优化方法.以用户满意度为约束条件,以光伏消纳率最大为目标,对分时电价的峰、平、谷时段划分进行优化,引导用户改变用电方式,使得负荷发生一定的转移.同时以微网经济性为目标,通过禁忌搜索算法对微网优化运行模型进行迭代求解.算例结果表明,该方法能有效提高光伏的消纳率,降低用户的用电费用,减少微网的综合运行成本,达到发电侧与需求侧双赢的效果.%In order to improve the photovolatic (PV) accommodation of the microgrid,this paper introduces the demand-side response model and proposes a two-level optimization method is proposed which takes both the rate of PV accommodation and economical efficiency of the microgrid into consideration.Firstly,the peak,fiat and valley time division of time-of-use (TOU) price is optimized with the user satisfaction index as constraints and the maximum PV accommodation rate as objective,the optimized TOU price can guide users to change the electricity consumption manner and then make the load transfer.Secondly,with the goal of economical efficiency of the microgrid,the optimization operation model of the microgrid is solved by tabu search (TS)algorithm.The simulation results show that this method can improve the rate of PV power accommodation,reduce the cost of electricity users and decrease the comprehensive operating cost of microgrid significantly,thus achieve a win-win of the power generation side and the demand side.
