考虑风电的电源电网协调规划

     

摘要

Considering the intermittentence,volatility and randomness of wind power,the adequate flexible and adjustable power becomes a prerequisite to consume large-scale wind power.Therefore,it is important to determine the reasonable capacity proportion between wind power,gas turbine and conventional coal-fired power.This paper presents a novel methodology for generation and transmission coordinated planning considering wind power,gas turbine and conventional coalfired power and load fluctuations based on the interval number optimizahon.The proposed model seeks to minimize investment cost and operation cost during the planning period and is constrained by grid security.Furthermore,a simplified unit commitment formulation is presented to reflect the flexibility of gas turbines by simulating the economic dispatch of the different type of generation units.The proposed model is a mixed integer linear one and is solved by GAMS software and calling CPLEX.Studies on the IEEE-30 numerical case illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach for the coordinated planning.%由于风电具有间歇性、波动性和随机性等特性,充足的灵活可调节电源是电力系统消纳大规模风电的必要条件,因此,在电源电网协调规划中需要考虑风电、灵活可调节电源和普通常规燃煤电源的合理比例.采用区间数表示风电和负荷的不确定性,建立基于区间优化方法的能够同时考虑风电、燃气发电和燃煤发电的动态电源电网协调规划数学模型.该模型以规划期内投资成本和运行成本综合最小为目标函数,以电力系统运行安全为约束条件.为了体现燃气发电机组对风电和负荷不确定性的灵活调节作用,采用简化的机组组合模型模拟电力系统中各类型机组的调度运行.所建立的数学模型是一个混合整数线性规划模型,在GAMS上实现编程并调用CPLEX求解器进行求解,IEEE-30节点算例验证了所提方法的有效性.
