基于多业务互动的城市配电网负荷转供策略

     

摘要

The requirement of urban distribution network for power supply reliability is higher and higher as its scale is constantly expanding and its operation is more and more complex.It becomes a routine work that the load transfer is carried out through the interaction and coordination between various departments of a power supply company.In this paper,the driving factors of load transfer in urban distribution networks are analyzed based on the urban distribution network connection mode,the fault and defect treatment,the maintenance and outage planning and the reliability supply of important users.On this basis,the load transfer strategy under multi-business interaction is proposed,and the optimization model and the solution method based on Pareto hierarchical sequence method are established.Furthermore,the information interaction architecture is established on the basis of multi-business computer systems.Finally,the simulation and analysis are done based on the data of the actual urban distribution network.It shows that based on the strategy and the model proposed in this paper,a plurality of alternative load transfer schemes is formed and the best solution is given by Pareto hierarchical sequence method.%城市配电网对供电可靠性的要求越来越高,其规模不断扩大、运行越来越复杂,通过供电公司各部门之间互动协调进行负荷转供成为一项日常工作.基于接线模式、故障与缺陷、检修与停电、重要用户保电分析负荷转供的驱动因素,提出多业务互动的负荷转供策略,并建立优化模型和基于Pareto分层序列法的求解方法.基于多个业务系统建立信息互动架构.通过实际城市配电网数据进行仿真分析,验证了基于所提出的负荷转供策略与模型,通过Pareto分层序列法优化,可形成多个可选负荷转供方案,并能给出最佳方案建议.
