双回路差价机制研究

     

摘要

In order to stimulate users to change the way of using electricity more actively and effectively and achieve the goal of peak load shifting better,a conception of double circuit is proposed in this paper to set the double circuit at the terminal user meter.A single input works with two outputs which are divided into a traditional circuit and a direct control circuit.Both of circuits meter independently with a different price.At the same time,the optimized model of the electrovalence disparity of double circuit is constructed.Aiming at maximizing power load of valley time and minimizing the difference of power load between peak and valley time,the multi-objects model is solved by MATLAB.Finally,the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the electrovalence disparity mechanism of double circuit are proved by the simulation example.The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can ensure that the cost of electricity consumption is not increased and the profit of power supply enterprise is not reduced,and the winwin result can be achieved both for the power supply side and the user side.%为了更有效地刺激用户主动改变用电方式,达到削峰填谷的目的,提出双回路的概念,即在末端用户表计处设置双回路(一路输入两路输出,一路传统回路输出,一路直控回路输出,两回路分别计量并实行不同电价).同时,构建双回路差价优化模型,以谷时用电负荷最大及峰谷负荷差最小为目标,运用MATLAB求解多目标模型,算例仿真结果表明,实施双回路差价机制在用户用电成本不增加的同时,保证供电企业利润不下降,达到供电侧和居民用户侧双赢的效果.
