考虑分布式电源并网的配电网适应性评价方法

摘要

为系统分析分布式电源(DG)多点、高渗透并网给配电网设备带来的影响,量化评估配电网现有设备对分布式电源的接纳能力,本文基于分布式电源并网影响建立了针对配电网设备运行安全性、可靠性、经济性3个方面的设备适应性评价指标体系.参照现行国标规定及专家经验给出评价指标计算方法及评分曲线,并利用层次分析法与主成分分析法相结合的方法为指标赋权,计算得到考虑分布式电源并网的配电网设备适应性综合评价结果.利用本文提出的评价体系和评估方法对我国某地区实际配电网进行评价,对比分析了DG接入前后、DG集中接入以及DG分散接入3种情况下配电网设备的适应情况,并针对评价结果提出配电网设备适应性改造实施方案.算例结果表明,所提评价指标体系和评估方法能够直接量化评估配电网设备对分布式电源的整体适应能力;同时,各分指标评分可准确定位配电网接纳分布式电源设备运行薄弱环节,从而为配电网的建设改造和优化运行提供有力依据.%To obtain a comprehensive analysis of the impact caused by the distributed generations(DG)on the operation of distribution network equipment and assess the capacity of distribution network to accept distributed generations,this paper establishes an adaptability evaluation system for the distribution equipment to accept DG based on the DG operating characteristics and influence.The calculation method and scoring curve of adaptability indexes are given according to the current national standard and expertise,and the weights of the evaluation indicators are determined by combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Principal Component Analysis(PCA),and the comprehensive evaluation result of the adaptability of the distribution equipment considering the DG integration is obtained by calculation.The proposed method is used to evaluate an actual distribution network for three caseswhen the DG is integrated,centralized and decentralizedrespectively.On the basis of the evaluation results,the paper proposes the implementation plan for the adaptive transformation of distribution network equipment.The simulation results show that the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation method can quantitatively assess the whole adaptability of the distribution equipment to the DG,and also each sub-index score can accurately locate the weak points of the equipment accepting the DG,so as to provide a strong basis for the construction and innovation and optimized operation of the distribution network.
