集群风场并网地区无功电压紧急控制技术研究

         

摘要

The power grid fauh causes the disordered regulation of the reactive power source in the wind-farmconcentrated area,resulting in a phenomenon of low voltage first and then high voltage at the wind farms' common connection point(PCC),which endangers the safety of the power grid.To solve this problem,this paper proposes the reactive voltage fast coordinated control strategy in emergency conditions.According to the strategy,the integrated voltage trend criterion can be used to select control mode firstly;then the ERI (electric related index) table can be used to determine the range of effective control nodes;the RPSCI (reactive power support capacity index) table can be used to decide upon the action sequence of reactive sources.The coordination process can be achieved by the similar process of querying stability control strategy table.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified by actual system simulation in Digslient.%电网故障致使风电场集中地区无功源无序调节,容易导致风电场并网点出现先低压后高压的现象,危及电网安全.基于此,提出了集群风场并网地区的无功电压快速协调控制方法,该方法针对故障后的电压恢复过程,按照“电压分层分区控制,分阶段采取不同控制策略”的控制思路.首先利用电压态势判据区分电压轨迹的不同阶段选择相应的控制模式;其次,利用电气关联度表选择调控节点范围;最后利用无功支撑能力表确定无功源的调控顺序,从而达到快速控制严重电压越限目的.在Digslient软件环境下,通过实际系统仿真验证了所提方法的有效性.
