光伏发电与风光联合发电系统输出特性分析

     

摘要

Photovoltaic-connected grid operation is an effective way to achieve large-scale development and utilization of solar energy.Because photovoltaic power generation is both volatile and intermittent,large output power fluctuations have an adverse impact on power grid planning,operation and dispatching.Based on analyzing the output power fluctuation of grid-connected photovoltaic and wind power in a given area of Jilin province as well as the power output of grid-connected wind farm clusters,this paper builds a PV-light combined power generation system to define the evaluation indicators to analyze its output characteristics,and thus to determine the optimal capacity of the photovoltaic power station.The results show that the output power fluctuation of the sole photovoltaic power station is relatively severe in a short period of time while the output power of the wind-light joint power generation system is more stable,meaning that the funnel effect of wind power and photovoltaic power is remarkable.%光伏并网运行是实现大规模开发利用太阳能的有效途径.由于光伏发电具有波动性和间歇性,大规模输出功率的波动将会对电网的规划、运行和调度带来不利影响.在分析吉林电网某地区光伏电站和风电站输出功率波动特性的基础上,结合并网集群风电站输出功率,建立风光联合发电系统,以定义的评估指标对其输出特性进行分析,从而确定了光伏电站接入的最优容量.结果表明单独光伏电站短时间内输出功率波动较为剧烈,集群风光联合发电系统输出功率更加平稳,即风电和光伏的“汇聚效应”比较明显.
