管式空气吸热器规格设计及其换热能力计算

             

摘要

设计了塔式太阳能热发电用2520钢管式空气吸热器。依据材料属性对吸热器进行材料选型设计;依据材料许用应力设计研究计算管式吸热器壁厚;依据流体传热学研究设计空气吸热器的管径规格。结果表明,壁厚为2 mm可满足设计需要;空气吸热器管径越细小,壁厚温度越低,换热能力越强;管径较理想设计尺寸为6~10 m m。%2520 steel‐tube air receiver was designed for tower solar thermal power generation;the material of the receiver was selected according to the material properties ;the wall thickness of the tubular air receiver was calculated according to the material allowable stress design;the diameter of the air receiver was designed ac‐cording to the fluid heat transfer .As the results shows ,the 2‐mm wall thickness can meet the design require‐ments ;the shorter air receiver diameter ,the lower the wall temperature and the better the heat transfer capa‐bility ;the ideal tube diameter is 6~10mm .
