一种母线电压宽范围变化的UPS改进控制方法

         

摘要

A design method of dual-loop control for the single phase power frequency uninterrupted power supply (UPS) is proposed to deal with the wide variation of the DC bus voltage.By establishing the mathematical model of the topology,the influence on stability of dual-loop control due to the DC bus voltage changing wide is analyzed.And the relationship between the uncontrolled rectifier output voltage of front stage and the inverter load is derived in detail.On the basis of this,the design method of dual-loop control is clarified according to the amplitude and phase characteristic curve of the system.The simulation and experiments show the proposed method can still have a better performance in applications of wide range DC bus voltage.%以单相工频不间断电源(UPS)为对象,针对直流母线电压宽范围变化,提出一种双环控制策略的设计方法.通过建立单相工频UPS的数学模型,分析了直流母线电压宽范围变化对双环控制器稳定性的影响,推导得到前级不控整流输出母线电压与后级逆变器负载的关系.在此基础上,根据系统幅相特性曲线,推导得到双环控制器的设计方法.仿真和实验证明了该设计方法在直流母线电压宽范围变化时UPS仍具有较优的性能.
