混合动力汽车Z源逆变系统共模电磁干扰研究

         

摘要

在混合动力汽车Z源逆变系统中,大量功率开关器件的使用使车载电路中产生了巨大的电压、电流变化,给整车带来了严重的电磁干扰(EMI)问题.分析了车载Z源逆变系统的结构及工作原理,对产生的共模(CM)EMI进行了理论分析及公式推导,并对产生的CM-EMI进行仿真分析,研究了抑制汽车中CM-EMI的方法,通过设计一种有源补偿电路对逆变系统中的CM-EMI进行抑制.将所设计的补偿电路与逆变系统主电路连接,通过仿真与实验对该方法进行验证,结果表明,该方法能有效减小逆变系统中的CM-EMI,从而验证了该方法的正确性.%In hybrid electric vehicle Z-source inverter system,the use of a large number of power switching devices makes the vehicle circuit have a huge variation of voltage and current,it has brought serious electromagnetic interference(EMI) problem to the vehicle.The system structure and working principle of vehicle Z-source inverter are analyzed,theoretical analysis and formula derivation are proposed for common mede(CM) EMI,and the CM-EMI is simulated.The method to suppress the CM-EMI in vehicle is researched,and the CM-EMI is suppressed through the design of an active compensation circuit.The compensation circuit and main circuit of inverter are connected,the method is verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that the method can effectively reduce the CM-EMI of the inverter system,and the correctness of the method is verified.
